Gherkin for open cultivation has been moved from the National Annex to category 2. This means that derogation may be granted for the use of non-organic seed.

Leaf celery has been moved from the Ntionak Annex to category 2. This means that derogation may be granted for the use of non-organic seed.

Red sowing onion has been moved from the National Annex to category 2. This means that derogation will be granted for the use of non-organic seed.

The new Annex Agricultural crops is published. The Annex is valid from January 1st 2023.
The only modification concerns Summer wheat, which has been included again in the National Annex. For 2023 there is enough organic supply available.
